Sam Shaw, APSA, PPSA, California.   Sam has lived in California all his life, married with 2 children.   He holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics with emphasis on Computer Science.   He joined PSA in 1993.   Having held numerous offices in Modesto Camera Club, San Joaquin Council and PSA in Nature Division, Sam is presently Exhibition Standards Chairman for PSA Nature Division and  an important asset to photography.  

His images have earned 4 stars in CS, 4 stars in Nature, 3 stars in Photojournalism, 3 stars in Travel and 1 star in EID-Color.   Being very adept with Computers, his current interest is in EID, producing creative images, and presenting programs on Digital Imaging.   He has also lectured on Travel Destinations, Color topics and Photojournalism at local travel and service groups, Camera Clubs, Gold Rush Chapter, Foto-Clave and PSA Conferences.  

Sam uses  Canon Camera 35mm equipment and likes merging Computer and Photography.
