Goldie

"Goldie"
The kitten was taken at a friend's house using a Canon camera and Fuji film.  I took the photograph in the morning before the kitten became too active and shot the picture with the camera hand-held.

Havana Smoke

"Havana Smoke"
This is a photograph of my husband dressed in old clothes from a museum.  The old Havana cigar had been laying around for a long time but we made the best of it.  A friend controlled the lighting for the right smoke effect in the scene.

Oriental Poppies

"Oriental Poppies"
These are flowers from my garden and I do a lot of window-light photography.  I used a sheet of blue paper as the background for the setup.  The poppies do not hold up too long so fast work is important.
