Waiting for the Rain

Eugen Mihai, PPSA, Bucharest (Romania) was born on 18th August 1969. He’s been a military photographer since 1990 and he has over 10.000 photos published in more than 150 magazines from Romania and Europe.  Additionally, he has had over 600 photos accepted at the international photographic art exhibitions conducted by FIAP and recognized by PSA.  He received 10 medals and 75 awards and special mentions at the international photographic art exhibitions. 

In the year 2000 he was rewarded with the EFIAP and in the year 2001 he became an honorary member of the Brazilian Photographic Association (Hon. AFB).  To date, he has had 27 group and personal exhibitions in 10 countries throughout Europe.  He’s been a PSA member since 2006 and he obtained 14 stars in 5 different PSA divisions and he is the first Romanian photographer receiving the PPSA distinction.
