Thorn and Clouds

Ian Ledgard, PPSA, Fair Lea, Heol y Maerdy, Ffairfach, Llandeilo, Wales, UK.  He joined PSA in 2005 and has attained his PPSA in September 2008.  He has attained 3 Stars in Color Projected Image Division, 2 Stars each in Color Electronic Imaging and Monochrome EI, and 2 Stars in Photo Travel.

Ian  was awarded the AFIAP distinction in 2008 and is also a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society (LRPS)  and an Associate of the Welsh Photographic Federation (AWPF).  He is currently Programme Secretary of Towy Valley Camera Club and he has judged throughout Wales.  He has been invited to be one of the judges in the 2009 Welsh International Projected Image Salon.

Ian does not have a speciality in photography and has been called a "Butterfly photographer" as he flits from subject to subject.  He especially enjoys transforming images using artistic effects in the computer.
