Luis Alberto Franke, PPSA, Argentina has been a member of PSA since 2005 and received his PPSA in 2007.  He has three Stars in Color Slides, Electronic Imaging, Nature and Photo Travel.  In Pictorial prints he has 3 Stars in Large Color and 1 Star in Large Monochrome.

He is currently a member of Grupo Fotografico Parque Camera Club of Buenos Aires and has distinctions from AFIAP and SFAF.  Luis has published a book about the southern Patogonia steppes including landscapes and the life of the peoples living in a scarcely visited area.

He enjoys photographing natural landscapes, wildlife and people in their everyday life working primarily in the Southern Argentine Patagonia and its great "Estancias".
