Manfred Gsteu, FPSA, PPSA, Enns, Austria.

Manfred has been a member of PSA since 1981 and was accorded his FPSA in 1999. He was previously given the PSA International Understanding Through Photography Award in 1998. At that time Manfred was the first non-American recipient of the award. He is an accomplished international exhibitor, primarily in monochrome prints medium and one of his favourite themes being “life photos”. Lately he has been involved with color photography, both slides and prints. His photographs have been published widely in photography magazines in Europe, various articles in the PSA Journal and elsewhere. 

Manfred has 4 Stars in Color Slide, 5 Stars in Pictorial Print Monochrome (Large) and 2 Stars in Pictorial Print Color (Large). He has been member of his photo club, the Kameraklub Linz, since 1978 where he has been Vice-President for many years, 3 times Chairman of the International Slide Salon Linz (Linzer Diasalon), Exhibition Chairman of International Print Exhibitions. As an International Exhibitor he has achieved 5 Stars in PPD, large MP, 4 Stars in CSD, 2 Stars in PPD, large CP and he has been PSA International Representative for Austria since January 2001.
