Tom Hady, PPSA, has been working in his darkroom ever since he was given a "develop and print" kit for his 13th birthday, more than 50 years ago.  Tom joined PSA in 1974, and has five stars in pictorial monochrome prints and three in pictorial slides.  He was awarded the PPSA designation in May, 2002.  He has served as President of the Northern Virginia Photographic Society, and held a number of service positions for PSA. He recently took over the monochrome star ratings for the Pictorial Prints Division
