Title – Souvenir Shop

May 2012

How I did it - It was during a trip  to Africa , Tanzania  I went for a safari trip and my main goal was for NATURE PICTURE BUT AS USUAL I went to villages and through the town and suburbsof the big town ARUSHA in the picture that was taken near Arusha we see a souvenir shop. I liked to show the location , the simplest way they expose the products and the look of the seller and his dress. 

Technical data : I used the available light with no flash and no reflectors. I was waiting for him to stand in the door of the shop and then took the picture. I used the Canon EOS D30 , Lens L 17-40/4  was set to17 mm, F/6.3, 1/500, ASA 400 .

Arik Kaneh - Biography

I am living in Rishon Lezion / Israel (30 minutes south to Tel-Aviv) , married and three kids (ages: 28,32,38).

Years ago I used to take pictures and develop the negatives and the prints by myself. Nowadays when the Digital era arrived I  my hobby occupies  me all day. I am a member of the Rishon-Lezion Photography Club. I take part in all its' activities as well as participating in exhibitions. I love to take photos and usually I am taking pictures of wild life ( including birds ) , portraits and landscapes.
