How I did it -

Using Elements 10 I first used Enhance>Levels (using input levels 0 Black,1.38 Mid and 54 White). I then cropped  using the Rule of Thirds Grid focusing on the white egret and the Heron and eliminating the bird on the left side and the extranious background. I then used Filter>Noise>Reduce noise and Filter>Noise>Despackle and Filter>Noise>Dust and scratches saving as a jpg.

Hi. My name is Fred Giese I reside in Sun Lakes, AZ along with my wife and two dogs. I enjoy the great outdoors, playing guitar and of course photography. I have been a student of photography for many years starting with a Brownie, then a Speed Graphic 4X5, followed by a Canon 35mm and now a Canon Digital. I really enjoy landscapes and scenic shots because it gets me to the places where I love to be. I also enjoy Macro and creative. I am very much looking forward to being Administrator of Group 35.
