| Nick Muskovac | I
admire this image because it looks like it was 100% painted with
brushes. The colors you chose for the flora are very nice. Great
painting and texture on the house; I might have omitted the
foreground since I don’t think it adds a lot to the composition. |

| John Boretos | This is a more upbeat image than you usually submit. It comes very close to being a watercolor except for the foreground. I like the spread of pink blossoms on the right of the house but they leave the left side somewhat unbalanced. The yellow blossoms growing out of the peak of the roof add to the unbalanced look. Further, with forsythia at the base of the picture on both sides it can erroneously lead the viewer to think that there is a massive form of forsythia shooting up from behind the house. |

Anne Eigen - Biography
After retiring as a French/Latin teacher seven years ago, I became involved in photography for the first time in my life. Right away photography became a passion for me along with all the exciting developments in the technology and the digital darkroom (Photoshop and Lightroom). While producing pure photographs is my primary intent, about 3 years ago I started exploring Corel Painter, which opens up exciting options of expression with some of my images. I belong to two camera clubs in Connecticut: Flagpole Photographers of Newtown and Candlewood Camera Club of Danbury, and this is my second year as a member of PSA. |
