Marigold quintet

How I did it -

These were shot in northern Wisconsin ( Door County ) in late May. I took 2 macro images and superimposed one on the petals of the other..........

Avis Davidson .
Betty Billingham .An interesting and very colourful idea.
Leonie Holmes .Wonderful image, Mark. You did a terrific job of placing the marigolds onto the larger petals. Very creative thinking.
Nick Muskovac .The image is sharp and colorful. Nice work of combining the two flowers. The straight edge on the left doesn't seem to look right. I might have added a thin very light yellow border around the entire image.
Paula Davies .This is an interesting exercise and I can appreciate the work that you have put into it. However, in this case, I would prefer to see the single close-up of the flower. I can't help feeling that you have spoilt a beautiful flower with the addition of the smaller ones.
Sam Shaw .It is nice to see that you didn’t feel the need to have all of the flowers on the petals in the image. Overall it is probably not one of my favorites that you have created.
